Bert Bristow Bert has been a software developer for 12 years and has a solid track history scaling the technology functions of highly successful and disruptive hyper growth cross-border payment start-ups from seed to 5B turnover. Well versed in the front and back end development process as well as AWS, Bert is a Mandarin/English bilingual and former UK diplomat with strong experience applying DLT/crypto technologies to payments. After his undergraduate degree at Sheffield and Nanjing Universities, Bert studied Computer Science and Cryptography at Nottingham University conducting postgraduate research at Warwick University.

Head of UI/UX
Ava Hsieh With a degree in Design Informatics from the University of Edinburgh, Ava is a UI/UX master. A competent software developer in her own right, she is extremely confident at speaking to developers and able to translate her Ul concepts into high fidelity wireframes in English as well as native Putonghua.
